Booking Terms & Conditions
Disclaimer
By purchasing a session, you agree that your session is subject to your own interpretation. Information you receive does not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business or financial advice. Choices and/or actions based on the content of your session are your responsibility. Do not take the advice given to replace medical, legal, or professional advice. You also agree to not hold Sikaal & Opheana and Divine Heart liable for any information that is received during a session. Any action you take as a consequence of this session is solely your responsibility.
Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds
As we work with a waiting list for our clients, last minute cancellations and rescheduled bookings can be a big inconvenience to us and unfair to other clients who may have wanted the time slot that you originally booked. We ask that you please respect our time and energy by honoring the appointment that you have made. It is important to try and book your session for a time that works best for you. If you are not available for your session for any reason, please note that we are unable to wait more than 15 minutes past your scheduled session start time. If you need to cancel a session that you have already scheduled, you must give at least 24 hours notice prior to your original scheduled booking time in order to be eligible for a refund. Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be sent via email to: info @ divineheart.com.au. Refunds will not be given to cancellations or rescheduling requests that do not meet these terms and/or if you fail to be available for your original scheduled session.
Session Payments
It is your responsibility to arrange for timely payment of sessions. Your session payment is due at least 24 hours prior to your session, meaning we need to have received payment or confirmation of payment at least 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled session. If this is not the case, we will allocate your session time to another client from our waiting list.
Skype, Zoom, Email and/or Phone Communication
It is important that you provide us with your correct contact information when scheduling a session. To avoid any confusion, it is important to check your Skype username, email and/or phone number for any punctuation or special characters. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to be sure to type your full and correct Skype username, email address or phone number so that we can connect. We cannot be held responsible for session tardiness that is a result of typos or incorrect usernames, email addresses and/or phone numbers that you submit when you schedule your session. If your contact info changes before your session begins, we must receive your updated contact information via our email address (info @ divineheart.com.au) at least 24 hours before your session begins.
Session Confidentiality
There shall be no third party or public disclosure whether oral, written or via public, media, digital, blogs, posts and/or internet. Both parties agree that all topics and content discussed in a session are indeed private and confidential.
