SPIRITUAL GRAVITY – EMPOWERMENT ON EARTH
This concept came through during a session recently as we were doing Pillar work with some of our clients who are deeply connected to source, but find staying grounded and feeling safe difficult. As many people on the spiritual path find it challenging to be in this dense energy, in this dense physical body, following their hearts, seeking the highest love and light in each moment, they can feel knocked down by the heaviness.
SOURCE TO EARTH CONNECTION
We ask our clients to breathe the energy up and down their pillar, firstly expanding the heart energy to a large sphere surrounding them sending their heart energy down into Mother Earth’s heart, then allowing her love to fill the base of the pillar bringing and allowing her love to fill up through them all the way to source. Breathing the energy from source down again through to Earth’s heart, breathing up through to source and down again, several times. This is the energetic signature of the soul being present here on Earth.
When meditating or doing yoga, or doing any form of spiritual practice, many feel deeply connected and expanded and all knowing, therefore they feel safe in that moment, clear, in balance, but often when the weather gets rough they fall.
TRANSFORMING OLD ENERGIES INTO LOVE
Being sensitive spiritual beings grounding here on earth accepting the density of daily activities, relationships and imperfections, can stop some people from feeling safe on earth and as soon as we support them to connect with the earth’s heart, it feels so heavy and uncomfortable they disconnect or shut down a lot of their lower chakra energy. Seeing it as Spiritual Gravity can assist the mind to relax into the idea of surrendering here on Earth. For some the discomfort of that gravity is so strong they pull up their grounding and only trust source, love and light. Their lower chakras get blocked and compacted, making it even harder to reconnect next time. Breathing into the Spiritual Gravity, allowing that connection and feeling the support from Mother Earth holding you, loving you can shift the blockages, and gently dilute the heaviness. The negative beliefs and old energies can then be drained out and transformed via Gaia’s heart into love again, creating the space for the pillar to really do its work, true life force flow.
HIGHER MIND – LOWER MIND
We are all working with our higher mind/self and lower mind/self, and by only focusing on the higher and not delving into the lower it can distort the growth possible in one’s life. If the Higher is completely clear and open, but the lower is blocked with old patterning taken on through society, family and general fearful experiences on earth, it will continually hold someone back. Acknowledging the fears, shining a light on the deepest darkest parts in oneself and your environment, accepting and clearing these through whatever tools you can will allow the higher self to live more fully on this earth and the whole energetic system of you will not be led in the hard times by the lower mind trying to keep you safe.
ESSENCE OF LIFE ON EARTH
The flow of Universal Truth, Love, Light and so very importantly in this situation Empowerment can with ease and grace bless your life. If there is something you are afraid of, LOOK at it with all of your courage, move through the acceptance process, the illusions will be clear and you will feel so much freedom and empowerment as you let it go. Spiritual Gravity is not an anchor on Earth it is the essence of life on Earth, the love between a Mother and a Child.
